Priya Chhabria, a distinguished commerce graduate from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics, embarked on her creative journey by completing a diploma in Apparel Design & Manufacturing from P.V. Polytechnic, S.N.D.T. in 2002. Her exceptional talent was quickly recognized when she received the coveted "student of the year" award and earned accolades for the best surface treatment in her graduating collection at Chrysalis. These accomplishments opened doors for her as she secured an internship at the prestigious Sheetal and Sheetal Design studio, working under the guidance of industry stalwarts Hemant Trevedi and Aki Narula.
The trajectory of Priya's career took a monumental leap when she clinched the "British Council Femina Most Outstanding Young Designer" award. This prestigious recognition propelled her to embark on a transformative training project at the renowned UK brand "Monsoon" in London. The experience not only enhanced her design skills but also instilled in her an international perspective on design and quality.
In 2003, Priya Chhabria became a partner and head designer at "Prriya & Chintans," a renowned fashion label. she had the privilege to design for an illustrious clientele, including esteemed celebrities such as Salman Khan, Sridevi, Vidya Balan, Isha Koppikar, Amrita Rao, Kangana Ranaut, Neha Dhupia, and many more. Prriya & Chintans became a prominent presence in numerous Indian fashion weeks as well as captivating shows across the United States.
